A yoga class designed tailored specifically to your personal needs. We may also include elements of pranayama, meditation, mantras, etc. that the yoga teacher will include in the practice.

Types of Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together in a sequence that flows to the inhale and exhale of your breath. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the class.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is usually a slower-paced practice where poses are held for a few breaths. A Hatha class will often include breathing techniques and meditation as well as poses or asanas. This is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or if you want to deepen your practice.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga. It allows you to sit in the space between the poses and experience deeper release, while still finding a bit of a flow.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support your body so that you are without any strain so that physical, mental and emotional relaxation is achieved.
