Stress reduction and mindfulness workshops aim to help address the causes and implications of stress so you can create a toolbox for managing in your everyday life. You will be led through an interactive lecture-based presentation to help assess your current reactions to stress so you can stop worrying and start working towards your full potential. Leave these workshops with stress management tools you can apply in all areas of your life.

Healthy Cooking Demos for Employees 

(virtual-only at this time)

 

Healthy corporate cooking classes are a great way to promote wellness and team-building among employees. These events involve an interactive virtual cooking session that teaches participants how to prepare delicious, healthy food. Your employees will not only be entertained but learn kitchen skills to help employees lead a more balanced lifestyle.


Healthy cooking demos are a fun and engaging way for colleagues to bond and connect outside the office environment, which boosts morale and fosters a more positive company culture.
 

Menus to choose from include but not limited to: Super Foods, Meal Prep Made Easy, Picky Eaters, Mediterranean Meals and Kitchen Skills 101.
 

Private 1:1 Employee Health and Wellness Consultations

Private one-on-one nutrition counseling to improve the health of your workforce, typically in 20-30 minute sessions. These consultations provide employees with the opportunity to meet with a dietitian, at work or virtually, to address their goals and discuss lifestyle strategies tailored to them.

 

These sessions can be one-time only or reoccurring weekly, monthly or quarterly.

Yoga Class

Corporate Yoga Classes 

30 or 60 minute options

These non-intimidating classes will provide your employees with mindful movements that they can incorporate into their daily routine. This will help alleviate chronic symptoms that occur from sitting, increase their focus, productivity and wellbeing.

 

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced in a chair or standing using a chair for support to improve flexibility and strengthen muscles. Chair yoga is perfect for everyone as modifications are offered throughout class. Students can attend class in business attire and no yoga mat is needed.

 

Gentle Yoga on the mat

Gentle yoga moves at a slower pace focusing on letting go of stress, stretching and releasing tension from muscles and joints. This class is appropriate from beginner to advanced.

 

All Levels Yoga on the mat

This class is great for the mind and body, building strength, increasing flexibility, reducing stress and learning proper alignment. Modifications are offered to intensify or soften the practice. This class is appropriate from beginner to advanced.

Group Meditation Sessions

15 or 30 min sessions
